Uphill Grange, now a nursing home, is a grade II listed, late-18th century house with Edwardian alterations.

The late-18th- /early-19th-century grounds feature woodland walks, lawns, shrubberies, an archery ground and a walled kitchen garden. Trees include holm oaks, mulberry and cedars.
